Parallel Session Rooms

Comfortable business-style rooms with large windows offering city views. These rooms can be used individually or in combination with other venues for large-scale events. They are equipped with a separate access to the Congress Hall and convenient exits to the stage.

The "F" Meeting Complex consists of 8 transformable rooms that can be combined into blocks of two, three, or four rooms using sliding partitions.

Each room has an area of 20 m² and can accommodate from 8 people. When two rooms are merged, the capacity increases to 16 people, three rooms to 24 people, and four rooms to 42 people.

The "Amphitheater" is one of the most popular venues at the WTC Congress Center. Designed for maximum comfort, both for speakers and attendees, the hall features a sloped floor and comfortable seats with foldable desks, ensuring a clear view of the stage from any point in the room.

Press Hall

The Press Hall is a modern, high-tech venue equipped with a fixed screen, a mobile podium for speakers, and a simultaneous translation system supporting up to four languages. The sloped floor and comfortable seating ensure a clear view from any seat, while an exclusive speaker lounge adds extra convenience for event organizers.

Valdai + Seliger

The Valdai (540 m²) and Seliger (710 m²) halls are two separate spaces that can be easily combined into one large area using movable partitions. This setup also allows for integration with the foyer area.

Foyers (1st & 2nd Floors)

The spacious foyers on the 1st (867 m²) and 2nd (967 m²) floors are perfect for setting up registration areas, exhibition displays, coffee breaks, or welcome receptions. With the use of special partitions, the 1st-floor foyer can also be easily transformed and combined into one large space with the Valdai (540 m²) and Seliger (710 m²) halls.
